There are high and lows when you go through a heartbreak. One day you feel peaceful, another day you feel nothing, a blankness, there are lots of moment of loneliness, anger, feeling of unfairness, abandonment, emotions and thoughts all over the place. The idea is to embrace it all, and accept all of them without resisting them. We would want to go through all of them fast, but the way is through and not in a jump over, or a rush through. This does not mean for you to be lost in the feeling all the time. You should practice the art of noticing your feelings, thoughts and letting them go by themselves, as you return to your work after observing them or recognising them.
